Common Questions asked

These are some of the questions that we find commonly asked:
  1. Are we able to make a custom made activity if we need something for our pets that isn't on the activies list?
  2. Are you guys able to come over to our house for instructions before you do an assigned a task?
  3. Do you want us to leave a list of instuctions when we leave?
  4. Can we give you a specific route for when you guys need to walk ourpet?
  5. When we contact you, what information do you need for pet sitting?
  6. How do you want us to pay you? Do you take cash? Checks? Card?
  7. Are you able to bath our pets and groom them?

Here are the anwser to the questions with a coordinating number

  1. Of course you can make a custom activity. If you need something specfic for your pet we can definetly make it work for you.
  2. It is optional to have us come over to your house for instructions. There are other ways to let us know our directions. For example, you can text us or call us. You can also leave a list of instructions if we are taking care of your pet while you are away.
  3. You can leave a list of instructions if you want to but this is optional as well.
  4. If your pet has a certain route he/she likes to walk on then you can let us know what that is. WE walk our dogs all the time and we know the area really well since we've lived in Florida for 8 years
  5. If you text us or email us, the information we will need to take pair of your pet is:
    • Your Adress
    • What pets you have and why you need us
    • How you want us to do checkins (the key to your house or your garage vode)
    We promise we will give the key back when we are done if you choose the key option. If you choose to give us the garage code then obviously we will purposely forget the code. You can trust us with either of these things because we are 11 and 13. We don't care to steal your belongings becasue we have our own and we know stealing is illegal.
  6. When you pay us we take everything BUT credit because we have no way of ever getting the money. We do except cash and checks though.
  7. We acually can bath your pets if you put that is something you need your pet to do. It's not in the prices page or the activities page because we rarly find jobs that need their pet bathed. We do have prices though. All baths are free unless your willing to pay for it but paying isn't neccesary. We do ask that if you choose to bath your pet that he/she has their own bathing soap. We can bath your pet outside with a hose, or inside in a bath tub. If you prefer your pet have an indoor bath then you can choose for it to be in your house or in our house.

Tipping

We do appreciate tips a whole lot because the tips you give go to 2 main causes. Half of the tip profit will go to animal shelters and animal hospitals. The other half of the tip profit will go to children hospital. We want to support these causes the best way we can and make children and animals happier.
